Chris is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), the pre-eminent representation of professional financial planners around the world. He lives by the Latin aphorism “scientia potentia est” (knowledge is power) and is one of the highest educated advisers in the industry. He recently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and also holds a Master of Commerce.

Chris commenced his financial services career in 2007 at Goldman Sachs JBWere. He then spent a large portion of his career working in one of the largest financial planning businesses, Shadforth. He subsequently established Wealth Investors.

In 2020, Chris was recognised in the Financial Standards Power50, a list of the 50 most influential financial advisers in the country. They define ‘influential’ as individuals who continue to be instrumental in shaping the future of the financial advice industry.

He joined this profession to help others achieve their personal financial goals and is passionate about developing and maintaining long term relationships with his clients. Chris believes financial planning isn’t solely about investments and strategies. It is about going through the various stages of life with his clients and helping them achieve the things that are important to them and overcome any challenges they may face.

Whilst working in wealth management he has built specialised knowledge in superannuation, retirement strategies, tax planning and portfolio management. He has extensive experience in cashflow modelling and investing. Over the years he has provided advice to hundreds of clients.

Away from work, Chris is a father and loves spending time with his young daughter. He enjoys travelling the world with his family and believes it is extremely important to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. He also volunteers in charity events via the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) to support the research of Australian diabetes.
